These terms apply to ThemZera websites, theme downloads, documentation and related services. By using a ThemZera product or service, you agree to the terms applicable to that product at the time of access or purchase.

WordPress Themes

ThemZera themes are software products for WordPress. Compatibility may depend on WordPress, PHP, plugins, hosting, custom code and third-party services. Product pages describe the intended scope of each theme.

Licensing

Some ThemZera products may use domain-based licensing. The exact number of permitted sites, support period and update entitlement are defined by the license plan shown for that product. A license key may not be shared beyond the sites permitted by its plan.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining backups, securing your WordPress installation and checking compatibility before making changes to a production website.

Prohibited Use

Do not abuse ThemZera licensing, attempt unauthorized access, distribute paid products in violation of their license, or interfere with ThemZera infrastructure.

Changes

Products and terms may evolve. Material product changes should be reflected through product pages or changelogs.
